We Book Many Trips Far in Advance A deposit of 20% is required in advance to reserve your charter. Please try to reserve your charter at least ten days in advance to ensure availability. We can generally accept reservations with shorter notice but it is best not to wait till the last minute. We accept MasterCard and Visa. If you must cancel your reservation we will try to make arrangements for another date. If this is not possible, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. Cancellations less than ten days are non-refundable. If we cancel a trip for any reason, a 100% refund will be made if another date cannot be arranged.
