Fishing by yourself or with a non-angler?
Why not share a boat?
The hotels sell charters on shared boats all the time.
Let's take a look at why not. Well, it certainly works out for the charter company. They can get $500.00 - $600.00 for a four hour charter. Seeing how that's on a $300.00 boat, that's not a bad deal!
But, what about the angler? Sure, he gets to meet new people, make new friends. Or maybe not. Maybe he's just crowded on a boat with people he wouldn't share a drink with if he had an option.
What about catching fish?
How does it feel to be number 4 or 5 or 6 in rotation when you only catch three fish?
Are you going to be happy spending your money so that someone else can catch fish?
Needless to say, there are a lot of things that can go wrong.
